The role of Senior Administrative Coordinator for the Legal and Risk Management department at United Exports is a highly demanding position that requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the Chief Legal and Risk Officer (CLRO), ensuring efficient operation of the department. This includes managing the CLRO's calendar and travel arrangements, handling correspondence, preparing and editing various documents and presentations, and maintaining accurate records.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing multiple tasks simultaneously, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items;
  • Coordinating logistics for meetings and events, arranging travel itineraries, and preparing travel expense reports;
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for the CLRO, facilitating communication with internal and external stakeholders, and handling sensitive information discreetly;
  • Maintaining electronic and physical filing systems, tracking timelines and deliverables, and assisting with special projects;
  • Providing administrative support to the legal and risk management teams, assisting with budget preparation, processing invoices, and preparing financial reports.

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess a strong background in legal administration, excellent organizational and time-management skills, and proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with legal software and databases. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field is preferable, and 5-8 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role is required.

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Benefits include a full-time position with occasional overtime, an office environment with standard office equipment, and some travel may be required for meetings and conferences.
