Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to provide high-level support to the Chief Legal and Risk Officer (CLRO). The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a strong background in legal administration, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Calendar Management: Manage the CLRO's calendar, ensuring efficient scheduling and coordination of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, including visa applications.
  • Correspondence and Records: Handle correspondence, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare and edit various documents, presentations, and reports, requiring attention to detail and strong writing skills.
  • Filing Systems: Maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring secure and accessible storage of sensitive information.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items, demonstrating excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange logistics for meetings and events, preparing itineraries and managing expenses.
  • Primary Point of Contact: Act as the primary point of contact for the CLRO, facilitating communication with internal and external stakeholders.
RequirementsQualifications:
  • Maturity certificate
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field preferred
  • 5-8 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar administrative role, preferably in a legal or risk management environment
Skills:
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with legal software and databases
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

This is a full-time position that may require occasional overtime. The ideal candidate will thrive in an office environment with standard office equipment, some travel required for meetings and conferences. Estimated salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per annum.
