Business Operations Coordinator

FlySafair is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to support the smooth day-to-day operations of our administrative departments. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional clerical support, ensuring seamless transitions between departments, and maintaining high levels of professionalism and efficiency.
About You- You hold a Grade 12 or equivalent qualification and have experience in administrative tasks;
- You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders;
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office and have a keen eye for detail;
- You can adapt quickly to varying priorities and tasks, demonstrating a proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills;
In this role, you will provide administrative support to our departments, including data entry, scheduling, correspondence, and record management. You will also ensure that all administrative processes are efficient, effective, and aligned with company policies. Your strong organizational skills and attention to detail will enable you to proactively identify and resolve administrative bottlenecks, ensuring seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, scheduling, and correspondence;
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring compliance with company policies;
- Develop and implement improvements to administrative processes, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness;
- Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve departmental goals and objectives;
We offer a competitive salary of R250,000 - R300,000 per annum, depending on experience.
