Business Operations Coordinator

Isilumko Staffing (JHB) seeks an experienced Business Operations Coordinator to join our team.
The estimated salary for this role is R350,000 - R450,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly skilled and organized individual to support our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including customer information, sales data, and inventory levels.
- Ensure the timely and efficient processing of quotations, tenders, and invoices.
- Coordinate logistics, including transport and shipping, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Manage diaries and schedules to optimize productivity and minimize delays.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Order parts and stock as required, ensuring adequate inventory levels at all times.
- Monitor and maintain accurate timekeeping records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Microsoft Office and Microsoft Projects skills are essential for this role.
- A tertiary qualification in business administration, sales management, project management, or logistics is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales support and office administration, including meeting minute-taking, typing, and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in English and Afrikaans is mandatory.
- The ideal candidate will reside in the West Rand, preferably close to Krugersdorp, and be willing to commit to long-term employment.
