Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to support our recruitment team in Johannesburg.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a strong administrator to join our dynamic team. As a Recruitment Support Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing CVs, conducting references, and coordinating various tasks to ensure seamless recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • CV Preparation: Accurately prepare and update candidate CVs to meet client requirements
  • Reference Checks: Conduct thorough reference checks to verify candidate credentials
  • Task Coordination: Coordinate various administrative tasks to support the recruitment process
  • Strong Administration: Provide exceptional administration and coordination skills to support the team's workload
  • Organizational Skills: Maintain accurate records, files, and databases to ensure efficient workflow

Requirements and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be very reliable and take ownership of tasks, and possess strong administration and coordination skills.

Salary Range: R250,000 - R350,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications

Location: Isilumko Staffing office in Johannesburg
