Business Development Manager

To drive sales growth and revenue expansion for Sourceworx, we seek a skilled Business Development Manager to achieve sales targets and develop strategic account management policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- Matric Certificate required.
- Diploma or Degree in Sales and Marketing or related field.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- At least 3 to 5 years' experience in sales or account management, preferably in the ICT sector.
- Proven track record of sales success in the ICT sector.
Technical Skills:
Business Acumen: Applies commercial insight to deliver a prompt and appropriate response to business matters.
Sales Skills: Performs planned activities to boost the sales of products and services in line with sales targets.
Sales Management: Manages efforts put forth to attain and manage Sourceworx sales objectives.
