Purpose and Objectives:

We are seeking an experienced Multiskilled Administrative Assistant to join our team at Professional Resources Partners Pty Ltd.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in invoicing and have excellent administrative skills. They will be responsible for managing correspondence, organizing files, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Loading sales orders, handling job cards, and administering tasks efficiently
  • Invoicing on Pastel with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Receiving signed delivery notes and ensuring timely completion of tasks

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience as an Invoicing Clerk with a strong understanding of MS Excel and Pastel software
  • Excellent computer literacy and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • A stable work record and contactable references
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

Location:

The successful candidate will reside in or around Germiston and have reliable transportation to travel to various locations as required.

Salary Range: R10,000 - R15,000 per month (Temp to Perm)
