We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our Buying Department at SA Metal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records and spreadsheets, including the Customer Tonnage Tracker.
- Process customer information and communicate effectively with customers via phone and in person.
- Assist buyers in managing customer leads and ensure timely information exchange.
- Work closely with the Payments Department to resolve queries and issues.
- Manage sand sales, customer requests for POPs, and maintain the DN book database.
- Filing and organization of Buying Department paperwork.
Requirements:
- University degree or tertiary qualification recommended.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
