Job Title: Personal Assistant - Financial Services Coordinator

GJM Ultra Holdings, a leading financial brokerage, is seeking an organized and skilled Personal Assistant to join their team. As a key member of the support staff, you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to management and contributing to the smooth operation of the financial services department.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist management in scheduling meetings and handling correspondence, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Prepare accurate and detailed reports, documents, and presentations using Microsoft Excel and Office Packages.
  • Ensure data entry and proofreading are completed with precision, maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
  • Liaise with external insurance companies, demonstrating professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Maintain good relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Request quotations from various insurance companies, comparing options and making informed decisions.
  • Perform tasks with neatness and pride, adhering to high standards of quality and attention to detail.
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills, with advanced verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Self-efficient and able to work well under pressure, meeting deadlines and delivering results.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Matric with tertiary education highly advantageous.
  • Fluent in Afrikaans highly advantageous.
  • Driver's License and own vehicle.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Previous experience in the insurance field highly advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office Packages.
