Job Title: Professional Sales Representative

About the Role:

We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic individual to join our Sales Department as a Professional Sales Representative. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about sales, and is committed to achieving exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and negotiating promotions and displays.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers, ensuring excellent customer service and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and stock levels, providing regular reports and updates as required.
  • Conduct market research, analyze data, and provide insights to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless communication and effective implementation of sales initiatives.
  • Analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop action plans to improve sales performance and achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure all sales-related documentation, including customer records and sales reports, is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
  • Provide feedback on competitor activity, market trends, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and product development.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in sales and merchandising, preferably in an FMCG environment.
  • A valid driver's license and a willingness to travel frequently.
  • Strong business acumen, numerical skills, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach, with a focus on achieving exceptional sales results and driving business growth.
