Operational Leadership
  1. Lead a high-performing call centre team, motivating and developing their skills.
  2. Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and address performance gaps.
  3. Identify training needs and facilitate staff development.
Process Improvement
  1. Analyse and optimise call centre processes and workflows.
  2. Implement quality control measures to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  3. Develop and maintain process documentation.
Risk and Compliance
  1. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  2. Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
