As the Shoprite Group of Companies expands its services across brands, the Customer Contact Centre plays a key role in customer experience. The purpose of this role is to provide leadership and operational excellence in the evolution of our service delivery.

The Customer Experience Manager manages all aspects of the Customer Contact Centre, including the Customer Services Team. This role motivates and develops the team to meet and exceed customer needs, co-creating solutions with stakeholders that place the customer at the centre.

This role ensures that we consistently surprise customers with outstanding service. Our mission is to create a best-in-class customer experience, which requires a deep understanding of customer needs and expectations.

To ensure that we deliver exceptional service to our customers, this role requires direct contact with them, allowing us to understand their needs and preferences. The working hours for this role are scheduled according to a planned weekly schedule, with flexibility to accommodate public holidays within legislative requirements.
