About the RoleAt Switch Recruit, we are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to play a critical role in generating new business revenue by actively prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals.
This challenging position requires an accomplished sales professional with a strong client orientation, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Performance: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, qualify leads, and close deals to meet or exceed quarterly sales targets.
- Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Negotiation and Communication: Utilize excellent negotiation and communication skills to effectively manage complex sales situations and build trust with clients.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A matric (senior certification) or equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the logistics industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
- A proven ability to generate leads, close sales, and meet targets.
- Highly organized with solid time management skills.
