We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our sales team at Searchrsa. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth and developing strategic sales plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes.
  • Presentation of sales strategies to improve client results and achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective relationship management.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor behavior to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales and customer service processes.
  • Set and maintain pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Manage and support the sales team to achieve sales targets and grow their customer base.
  • Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the food industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and developing strategic sales plans.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Self-motivated and self-directed, with a strong sense of accountability.
