**Description**

The Sales Coordinator will fully support, from administrative (filing, typing, preparing sales-related documents, assemble information packs) customer service and sale lead development perspectives, the Sales Manager to develop future and repeat business. This position involves working as part of the sales support team dealing with queries from the customer base and in-house staff.

**Requirements**:

- Matric
- Hospitality Qualification or equivalent
- Ability to understand and execute and support customer service standards and brand standards
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Hands on Problem Solving approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently
- Honest and trustworthy beyond approach
- Great attention to detail
- Presentable and well spoken
- Team Player who leads by example
- Proactive in approach
- Interpersonal skills
