  • Support the development of RMG strategy and priority initiatives, ensuring alignment with OpCo commercial strategy.
  • Drive RMG opportunity identification, collaborating with cross-functional teams to track performance and identify key levers and actions to improve.
  • Provide RMG insights to support sales teams in articulating clear sales arguments and planning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • 5-10 years proven experience in brand marketing, corporate strategy, large project management, pricing strategy, portfolio optimisation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent understanding of market dynamics, pricing methodologies, and revenue management best practices.
