Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Junior Claims Administrator to join our team at Dante Personnel. As a Junior Claims Administrator, you will be responsible for delivering excellent client service from first notification of loss to claims closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Claims Handling
- Record claim information, including details about loss, date, and informing clients of requirements and next steps.
- Ensure claims are processed in an accurate and timely manner, mitigating claims cost in accordance with policy guidelines.
- Client Service
- Provide client service to clients regarding claim status updates and progress reports.
- Answer queries from clients and stakeholders.
- Risk Management
- Review records and other documentation to determine the validity of claims.
- Review rejections and draft rejection letters to be signed off by the Underwriter and sent to clients.
- Relationship Building
- Build, maintain, and manage relationships with stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 2 years' experience in non-motor claims handling in a Call Centre environment in the Insurance Industry.
- Specialist knowledge and skills with regards to Insurance policies/procedures.
- Excellent telephonic service ability.
- Computer literate.
