Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Oxyon People Solutions in Port Elizabeth.

About the Role:

  • This is a full-time position that involves providing administrative support to the Project Manager and Site Manager.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for interacting with clients, subcontractors, and visitors, responding to emails and other digital queries, and managing calendars for senior staff.
  • Additional responsibilities include drafting and editing letters, reports, and other documents, as well as inputting and updating information in databases and spreadsheets.
  • You will also be responsible for preparing meeting agendas, taking meeting minutes, and coordinating logistics for meetings.
  • An understanding of basic bookkeeping processes and proficiency in MS Office and Excel are essential for this role.

Salary Range:

R 250,000 - R 300,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12; Diploma advantageous
  • Proficient in MS office and Excel
  • 2 – 3 years' experience
  • Understanding of basic bookkeeping processes
  • Ability to use initiative to problem solve
  • Reside in the local area
  • Driver's license with own transport
