Administrative Coordinator

Frank Consult is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contracts, maintaining inventory, and ensuring accurate transaction control.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage contracts, including drafting and collection of outstanding contracts
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure matching systems
• Prepare and handle invoices for payments to suppliers and producers
• Control transactions to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a financial or administrative role
• Relevant degree advantageous
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
• Proficient in Excel and ability to work accurately and efficiently
