Capital Markets Sales Professional

We are seeking an experienced Capital Growth Specialist to promote and sell our Capital specific products across various industries. This individual will play a critical role in supporting our larger sales and service teams in our Cash Connect, Card Connect, and EasyPay Money Market divisions.
Duties and Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and increase market share within the assigned territory.
- Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure alignment of strategies and initiatives.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Provide support to other territories as needed, ensuring the successful implementation of Capital specific products and services.
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay up to date with industry trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase the value of our Capital specific products.
- Participate in networking events, conferences, and trade shows to expand the professional network and increase brand visibility.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that highlight the unique features and benefits of our Capital specific products.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in selling credit to B2B clients, with a strong understanding of business finance.
- At least 5 years of experience in the banking industry preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, with a focus on Capital specific products or services.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to quickly understand complex financial products and services.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accurate and thorough documentation and reporting.
- Excellent relationship building skills, with a focus on establishing trust and credibility with clients and partners.
- Strong critical thinking abilities, with the capacity to analyze information and identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Outstanding presentation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade diverse audiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
