We are seeking a highly skilled Capital Growth Specialist to join our team at Capital Recruit. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our Capital specific products across various industries. This role requires a strong understanding of business finance and the ability to quickly grasp complex financial products and services.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and increase market share within the assigned territory.
  • Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure alignment of strategies and initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Provide support to other territories as needed, ensuring the successful implementation of Capital specific products and services.
  • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to a diverse range of audiences, showcasing the value of our Capital specific products.
  • Participate in networking events, conferences, and trade shows to expand your professional network and increase brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that highlight the unique features and benefits of our Capital specific products.
  • Continuously improve your product knowledge and stay current with regulatory requirements, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
  • Matric essential
  • Degree or Diploma in Sales and/or Business Management (advantageous)

Experience and Skills:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in selling credit to B2B clients, with a strong understanding of business finance.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the banking industry preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, with a focus on Capital specific products or services.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to quickly understand complex financial products and services.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accurate and thorough documentation and reporting.
  • Excellent relationship building skills, with a focus on establishing trust and credibility with clients and partners.
  • Strong critical thinking abilities, with the capacity to analyze information, identify potential risks and opportunities, and develop effective solutions.
  • Outstanding presentation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade diverse audiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and other sales and productivity tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support other territories and attend industry events.
