About the Role

Set Recruitment Consultants is seeking an experienced Customer Experience Manager to lead our customer care automation efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience, prioritizing initiatives, and driving product ideas from discovery to execution.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams in prioritizing customer care initiatives and features.
  • Develop and execute product ideas for the rider and driver app experience, as well as customer care automation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and deliver impactful products.
  • Foster a culture of ownership and accountability within the team.

Requirements
  • Proven track record of delivering impactful products in domains involving automation, AI, or customer care.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to deeply understand user needs and translate them into product opportunities.
  • Comfortable analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to guide decisions and measure success.
