At Exceed Human Resource Consultants Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Strategic HR Partner for Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in shaping the company's talent acquisition strategy and fostering positive employee relations.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in human resources, with experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. You will work closely with department managers to identify hiring needs and develop strategies to attract top talent. Your excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders will be essential in this role.

In terms of compensation, we offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, pension plans, and paid time off. Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including conflicts and grievances.
  • Performance Management: Assist in implementing and monitoring performance appraisal systems.
  • Training and Development: Coordinate employee development programs and training initiatives.

To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field and certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) is an advantage.
