Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions to meet the needs of German-speaking tourists.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
  • Create customized itineraries and quotes for German-speaking tourists
  • Process bookings from initial quote to final payment
  • Handle after-hours phone calls and respond to client inquiries in a timely manner
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in inbound tour consulting, preferably with a focus on German-speaking markets
  • Strong knowledge of Southern Africa's tourism industry, including products and destinations
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and other relevant software
