About the Role

At Lula, we are on a mission to revolutionize business banking by providing fast, human-centric services to small businesses. As our Helpdesk Analyst, you will be the primary point of contact for technical issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution of queries and incidents.

This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, customer service skills, and problem-solving abilities. You will play a critical part in maintaining our company's productivity by addressing technical needs promptly and professionally.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Incident Management: Analyze, categorize, and remediate Incidents, minimizing their impact on our operations.
  • Service Request Management: Facilitate and fulfill Service Requests, ensuring seamless delivery of our services.
  • Change Management: Manage the creation and lifecycle of Change Requests, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
  • Problem Management: Identify and address recurring or high-impact Incidents, reducing their frequency and impact.
  • Vendor Management: Escalate issues to vendors, follow up on resolutions, and ensure prompt communication.
  • SLA Monitoring and Reporting: Track and report internal, resolver, and vendor SLAs, escalating breaches promptly.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Foster collaboration between teams to ensure efficient ticket management and progress tracking.
  • Raising Awareness: Inform senior management and stakeholders about high-priority issues, ensuring timely attention.
  • Hierarchical and Functional Escalations: Manage escalations to ensure prompt issue resolution.
  • Continuous Improvement: Strive for excellence by identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
About You

We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual with a strong foundation in IT or Managed Services. The ideal candidate will possess:

Key Qualifications:

  • A Matric certificate or equivalent
  • General knowledge of and interest in IT or Managed Services
  • A go-getter mentality with a hunger to learn and grow
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with ITIL, ITAM, and ITSM tools and processes is essential
  • Certification with ITIL is beneficial
  • Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, Jira, and Slack is beneficial

What We Offer
