Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at West Coast Personnel. This role will involve providing exceptional technical support to our clients, resolving faults and ensuring customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in telecoms and be able to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Resolving faults and providing temporary solutions
- Taking responsibility for faults from first contact to resolution
- Liaising with other departments regarding customer issues/faults
- Reporting new faults to suppliers
- Chasing suppliers for updates and progression of faults
- Previous experience in telecoms or a related field
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and networking concepts
We offer a competitive salary of ££30,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities and a flexible working environment.
Location:This role is based in the UK, with occasional travel to client sites required.
