We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Key Account Software Sales Manager to join our team at Plus1X Solutions (Pty) Ltd in Sandton. This off-site role focuses on customer engagement, allowing the individual to spend quality time with customers while working remotely.

As a dynamic sales professional, you will be responsible for driving new business development by acquiring new customers and managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. You will demonstrate the value of our cutting-edge Software Property product and collaborate with stakeholders to establish effective sales strategies.

Negotiating and structuring deals is also an essential aspect of this role, aligning with company objectives. Your contributions will help grow the client base across South Africa and Mauritius, making this an exciting opportunity to shape and grow the role.

This position offers a negotiable salary with an incentive structure and targets in place. The interview process involves meeting with our Director, who holds decision-making authority. We cover travel expenses, as our customer base spans across South Africa and Mauritius.

To succeed in this role, you should have proven experience in software sales, with a track record of acquiring new customers. Familiarity with property or asset management is beneficial but not mandatory. Strong negotiation and communication skills are required, along with the ability to work independently and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
