Customer Insights Manager

Empire Recruitment is seeking a seasoned Customer Insights Manager to lead our market research efforts and drive business growth through data-driven insights.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in analytics, with a proven track record of using research to improve customer experience and behavior. They will be responsible for creating alignment with our product and service offerings, building internal client relationships, and presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement market research strategies to inform business decisions
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement customer-focused initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer intelligence

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in analytics, with a background in customer intelligence
  • Strong proficiency in complex statistical analysis and presentation skills
  • Experience conducting research using multiple sources
  • Excellent writing and editing skills

Qualifications:

  • BCom Honours or higher in a relevant field
