This role is based in Mokopane, serving Bella Bella, Thabazimbi, Lephalale, Modimolle, and Groblersdal areas.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure effective implementation of our sales strategy across target regions.
  • Elevate brand equity as a primary catalyst for all initiatives and engagements.
  • Innovate to amplify sales volume through strategic channelization.
  • Execute promotions in alignment with brand equity standards.
Operational Excellence
  • Methodically administer and update call cycles for 100% adherence.
  • Ensure accurate coding of all outlets during representative calls.
  • Timely completion of administrative and reporting tasks.
Consumer Interaction and Financial Asset Management
  • Engage responsibly with consumers across touchpoints.
  • Gather consumer data aligned with target demographics.
  • Relay consumer insights effectively.
  • Adhere to quantity and cycle discount parameters.
Requirements
  • 3-Year tertiary education (desired).
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in FMCG or Food & Beverage.
  • Product knowledge and understanding of category management.
  • Knowledge of marketing and accounting principles.
