Business Development Sales Specialist

We are a reputable distributor of premium alcohol brands, seeking an exceptional individual who embodies collaborative leadership, maintains a professional approach, and inspires creativity.
This role is based in Mokopane, serving Bella Bella, Thabazimbi, Lephalale, Modimolle, and Groblersdal areas.

Key Responsibilities- Ensure effective implementation of our sales strategy across target regions.
- Elevate brand equity as a primary catalyst for all initiatives and engagements.
- Innovate to amplify sales volume through strategic channelization.
- Execute promotions in alignment with brand equity standards.
- Methodically administer and update call cycles for 100% adherence.
- Ensure accurate coding of all outlets during representative calls.
- Timely completion of administrative and reporting tasks.
- Engage responsibly with consumers across touchpoints.
- Gather consumer data aligned with target demographics.
- Relay consumer insights effectively.
- Adhere to quantity and cycle discount parameters.
- 3-Year tertiary education (desired).
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in FMCG or Food & Beverage.
- Product knowledge and understanding of category management.
- Knowledge of marketing and accounting principles.
