Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team at FM Staff. This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with our clients in the Aerospace & Defence Industry to drive business growth and development.
Key Responsibilities- Promote our company's products and services to clients, identifying and addressing their needs and objectives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends, and develop strategies to capitalize on these.
- Plan and execute marketing initiatives to promote our products and services, and to build brand awareness.
- Strong business development and sales skills, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and achievement.
- Knowledge of the Aerospace & Defence Industry, with a strong understanding of the key players and trends.
- Ability to travel internationally, with a valid passport and any necessary visas.
