Account Growth Specialist Opportunity at Empire Recruitment
We are seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager to foster long-term relationships with our prominent manufacturing clients in South Africa. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong understanding of the manufacturing industry and its dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive business growth and increase revenue.
- Understand clients' business needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions and value-added services.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of products and services that meet clients' expectations.
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts and expand the client base through strategic planning and market analysis.
- Prepare regular reports on account status and performance metrics to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit and ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field with a strong focus on account management and business development.
- Proven experience as a Key Accounts Manager or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry, with a track record of success and growth.
- Strong understanding of the manufacturing processes and industry dynamics, with excellent knowledge of market trends and competitors' activities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts while paying strict attention to detail and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software with a strong focus on data analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
