  • Provide first-line support to Chirp app users and escalate technical issues to the appropriate internal resources.
  • Manage client queries and ensure prompt and effective issue resolution.
  • Process weekly cashouts efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with clients.
  • Assist in preparing client-facing presentations.
  • Support reporting and forecasting activities.

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Monday.com.
