Partner Success Manager

We are seeking a proactive Partner Success Manager to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our partners. In this role, you will ensure our partners achieve maximum value, while driving growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key partners.
- Collaborate with partners to identify business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Ensure that partners are delivering against the standards that we set for them, and are providing an exceptional experience for their Hosts.
- Act as the main point of contact for partner inquiries, ensuring quick resolution of issues.
- Monitor partner performance, providing data-driven insights for improvement.
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to ensure partner satisfaction.
- Work with the border team to identify and deliver improvements in the way Houst, and our partners, operate
Requirements
- Proven experience in partnerships or B2B account management (3-5 years), ideally in an operating business
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, demonstrable ability to train, educate and influence client decisions.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven results.
- High level of attention to detail
- A highly structured and process oriented person
- A problem solver at heart
- The desire and ability to move quickly and get things done
