Global Multilingual Contact Centre Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Multilingual Contact Centre Representative to join our prestigious client, an award-winning multilingual contact centre. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and possess excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
As a representative, you will be working with a leading airline brand on various work streams, assisting passengers with pre- and post-flight travel-related queries in customer relations departments. Your responsibilities will include handling voice calls, responding to written correspondence, and meeting specific key performance indicators and expected client service levels.
Key requirements for this position include native-level fluency in Spanish, located in South Africa, permanent residence permit or South African ID holder, flexibility to work shifts, and fibre internet connection or fixed stable ADSL line required at own cost. You will also be required to undergo fully paid product and systems training provided by the client.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work in a demanding and time-sensitive call centre environment.
