Job Summary:This is an exciting opportunity to join The Global Talent Co. as a Sales Specialist, playing a crucial role in driving the company's growth and contributing to its mission of bridging the gap between leading global tech companies and talented marketers.
You will be responsible for acquiring land for antenna towers and renegotiating contracts with mobile operators, working closely with a diverse range of clients.
Your primary goal will be to secure favorable terms for the company and ensure long-term client satisfaction.
You will utilize your excellent negotiation skills to close deals efficiently and conduct 90% of your sales activities over the phone.
Staying informed about industry trends and market conditions will enable you to better understand client needs and identify new business opportunities.
You will make quick, informed decisions to move negotiations forward and maximize revenue potential.
Native-level proficiency in German is essential for effective communication with our clients.
Excellent phone communication skills are crucial, as most of your work will be conducted over the phone.
You should possess the ability to process information rapidly and manage numerical data to support negotiations and decision-making.
Strong negotiation skills are necessary to close deals and achieve optimal outcomes for both the company and the client.
Motivation by commission is preferred, as this role offers significant earning potential based on performance.
Previous experience in a professional work environment is more relevant than sector-specific knowledge; prior sales experience is helpful but not required.
