About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, presenting, coordinating, and evaluating training programs for our Sales Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, with experience in creating and delivering training programs that meet the needs of employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver training programs for new starters and existing employees
  • Conduct training needs assessments and develop training plans to meet the needs of employees
  • Prepare and maintain training materials, including instructional notes, feedback forms, and manuals
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with knowledge of systems, business rules, and processes
  • Motivate and develop trainees to perform at the required standards
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and development
Requirements
  • Highly interested in conducting technical training and keen on teaching others
  • High level of ability to verbally communicate complex concepts to a variety of people
  • Strong planning, organisational, and time management skills
  • High proficiency in delivering impactful training and facilitation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Great attention to detail and accuracy
  • Exceptional administrative skills
  • The ability to work within a team and be flexible to respond quickly to changes in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving, solution-driven mindset
  • Eagerness to learn and develop own skills
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Previous experience as a Training Facilitator, Training Administrator, or similar role
  • Training, coaching, and mentoring experience
  • Computer literacy at an advanced level
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • 1+ years of work experience in a similar field
