Training Support Specialist

As a Training Support Specialist at Emporium Human Capital, you will play a vital role in creating and managing training plans with customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reporting on training progress of all customers that is in training
  • Working directly with clients to effectively coordinate each training project to completion
  • Communicating process successes and failures to internal and external stakeholders
  • Providing system training to customers
  • Assisting with preparing data and uploading it onto the system for new customers

You will have the opportunity to work with various clients and develop your skills in training and customer support.

Requirements:

  • Training or consulting experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or at least 3 years of bookkeeping experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, and Outlook, PowerPoint and Accounting software packages
  • Excel proficiency intermediate
  • Customer service/support experience will be advantageous
