About the Role

The Senior Human Resources Manager will play a critical role in shaping the future of FUJIFILM Holdings America Corporation's human resources function. Reporting directly to the HR Department Head, this individual will oversee the management and delivery of core people and capability programs across various business lines.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing talent and performance management strategies, acting as a primary point of contact with cross-functional teams on program delivery issues, and collaborating with business unit leaders to optimize employee capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent and Performance Management:
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent within the organization.
  • Manage employee relations, including coaching managers and employees on development and reward issues.
  • Program Delivery:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and evaluate programs that drive business results.
  • Facilitate performance management tools and processes, including goal setting, coaching feedback, and employee development.
  • Business Partnership:
  • Proactively partner with business unit leaders to optimize employee capabilities and deliver against business objectives and priorities.
  • Provide insights on local labor market trends and regulatory environments.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Manage and support a team of HR professionals, including recruiting, training, and evaluating staff members.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in related field required.
  • 8 years of experience working in an HRBP or HR Manager role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be comfortable with public speaking.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact and professionalism.
  • Required to travel.
