">Job Title: Sales Team Manager
">Salary Estimate: R600,000 - R800,000 per annum (based on location and experience)
">Job Description:
">The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a management role, driving leads and service targets, coaching sales advisors, creating strategic sales plans, and mentoring teams. You should be self-motivated, able to work independently, and possess excellent communication skills.
">Required Skills and Qualifications:
">The successful candidate will need to have a Grade 12 qualification, RE 5 Certificate, and be fully FAIS accredited. You should also possess knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Outlook, as well as being proficient in data analysis and problem-solving.
