Our client is a leading provider of inbound multichannel customer support across multiple verticals. As a German Speaking Customer Service and Sales Representative, you will work with a prestigious airline brand on various work streams, assisting passengers with pre- and post-flight travel-related queries in German and English languages. You will also work on airline reservations systems and handle voice calls in English and German, including some written correspondence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to international passengers
  • Assisting with travel-related queries and complaints
  • Working on airline reservations systems and handling voice calls
  • Meeting specific key performance indicators and client service levels

Requirements include:

  • Native level fluency in German language: Verbal & Written
  • Located in South Africa
  • Permanent residence permit/South African ID holders only
  • Flexibility to work shifts
  • Fibre internet connection or fixed stable ADSL line required at own cost
  • UPS Solution required during load shedding

Training and support are provided, including 4 weeks of fully paid training and a 4-month probation period.
