Your Role
As our Customer Service Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of our customer experience, ensuring every interaction is seamless and memorable. You'll:

  • Be the Spark that Connects: Answer queries and provide exceptional service that reflects our commitment to luxury and excellence.
  • Personalize the Experience: Adapt your approach to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring every query is handled with care.
  • Solve with Confidence: Resolve product or service queries with professionalism, ensuring customers leave satisfied and loyal to our brand.
  • Ensure Timely Delivery: Follow up on orders and work behind the scenes to ensure each client's precious jewellery arrives on time.
  • Stay Informed: Keep up with our latest collections, processes, and policies, ensuring you can guide clients with the utmost confidence and expertise.

Requirements

What You'll Bring

  • Experience & Passion: At least 2 years in client services, with a proven ability to manage relationships and delight customers.
  • Communication Mastery: Excellent verbal and written skills, with a natural ability to connect with both internal and external clients.
  • Problem-Solver Extraordinaire: Ability to handle queries efficiently and ensure timely resolution.
  • Attention to Detail: You have a keen eye for the little things that make a big difference, ensuring every interaction is polished to perfection.
  • Fast-Paced & Focused: You thrive in a dynamic environment, easily managing time and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Experience in helpdesk support, call centers, or retail is a plus
