HVAC Business Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Business Development Specialist to join our team at Alinta Tech Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to achieve maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HVAC products, including VRF, Chillers, and Split units, as well as excellent presentation skills, market analysis experience, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement contingency plans to ensure delivery of return on investment and build brand sustainability.
- Compile monthly and yearly sales forecasts to ensure sufficient stock and appropriate staffing.
In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be required to:
- Manage product/service mix, pricing, and margins according to agreed objectives.
- Liaise with corporate contacts to build and develop relationships with existing and new customers.
- Excellent negotiation and administrative skills.
- Persistence and creativity in problem-solving.
- Ability to function under pressure and meet deadlines.
Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $140,000 per annum.
