Main Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement Sales Strategies

- Plan and manage personal business portfolio/territory/business according to an agreed market development strategy.
- Market Analysis and Research
- Identify new niches, applications, and products to increase market share.
- Monitor and report on market and competitor activities, providing relevant reports and managing promotions and specials.
- Accurate Forecasting and Budget Controls
- Ensure sufficient stock and appropriate staffing to avoid shortages.
- Compile monthly and yearly sales forecasts to meet income targets.
- New Business Development and Customer Relationships
- Develop innovative strategies to grow the business with customers.
- Liaise with corporate contacts to build and develop relationships.
- Manage the full tendering process, including writing proposals, costing, and motivations.
- Reporting and Communication
- Provide required reports and analysis to management.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, plans, and contact reports as necessary.

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
