About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team at People Dimension.

Job Description

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth, managing dealer books, and leading a team of consultants. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing dealer relationships and ensuring they are meeting their targets.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and revenue.
  • Leading a team of consultants and providing guidance on how to build strong relationships with dealers.
  • Maintaining accurate records of dealer interactions and performance.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, be able to work under pressure, and have a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Some key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Identifying opportunities to improve sales and revenue growth.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with dealers and other stakeholders.
  • Providing coaching and guidance to team members to help them achieve their sales targets.
  • Monitoring and reporting on sales performance and making recommendations for improvement.

We offer a competitive salary of R22 500 - R32 000 per month, depending on experience.
