As a key member of our TFG Home Division team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences in our stores.

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. The successful candidate will be an ambassador for our brand, providing amazing guest experiences and exceeding our guests' expectations.

The role involves being an ambassador for our brand, offering amazing guest experiences, and identifying and providing our guests with the best possible solutions. You will also be responsible for actively keeping track of sales performance against target, selling a diverse product range, and keeping up to date with the latest trends and technology.

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Being an ambassador for our brand and offering amazing guest experiences.
  • Exceeding our guests' expectations by identifying and providing them with the best possible solutions.
  • Actively keeping track of sales performance against target.
  • Selling a diverse product range and keeping up to date with the latest trends and technology.
  • Searching out opportunities for new business.
  • Assisting with replenishing of stock and visual merchandising to ensure the store is ready for our guests.

Must-haves include:

  • Grade 12 (Matric).
  • Possessing a strong work ethic and hands-on attitude.
  • Demonstrating initiative to deliver results.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Hospitality background (advantageous but not compulsory).

Preference will be given, but not limited to, candidates from designated groups in terms of the Employment Equity Act.
