International Greek Language Support Specialist for Prestigious Airline

We are seeking a highly skilled International Greek Language Support Specialist to join our team at Black Pen Recruitment. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to passengers with pre and post-flight travel-related queries in Greek and English languages.
Job DescriptionThis is a permanent, full-time opportunity that requires flexibility to work shifts, including rotational shifts Mondays through Sundays, including public holidays as operationally required. The working hours will be sent two weeks in advance.
- Your primary responsibility will be to assist passengers with queries and issues related to flights, using your excellent communication skills to resolve problems efficiently.
- You will also work on airline reservations systems and handle voice calls in both English and Greek, which may include some written correspondence.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Native-level fluency in Greek language: Verbal & Written
- Located in South Africa
- Permanent residence permit/South African ID holders only
- Flexibility to work shifts
- A fibre internet connection or fixed stable ADSL line required at own cost. No wireless connections accepted.
- A UPS solution required during load shedding (Inverters available for purchase via our client or own solution accepted).
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer:
- Fully paid product and systems training provided
- Training duration: 4 weeks (Fully Paid)
- Probation period: 4 months
Our client is an international, award-winning multilingual contact centre specialising in inbound multichannel customer support across multiple verticals. They value their staff and the relationships they have with their clients above all else, working tirelessly to embody their client's brands.
The estimated salary for this position is approximately R400,000 - R600,000 per annum, depending on experience. However, please note that this figure is not guaranteed and may vary based on individual circumstances.
