International Airlines Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled International Airlines Customer Service Representative to join our team at Black Pen Recruitment.
**Job Summary:**
As an International Airlines Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to international passengers via phone, email, and chat. You will work with airline reservations systems, handle voice calls in English and Italian, and engage in daily interactions with international passengers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide outstanding customer service to international passengers via phone, email, and chat
- Work with airline reservations systems to resolve passenger queries
- Handle voice calls in English and Italian
- Engage in daily interactions with international passengers to resolve queries and provide assistance
- Meet specific key performance indicators and client service levels
**Requirements:**
- Native level fluency in Italian language: Verbal & Written
- Located in South Africa
- Permanent residence permit/ South African ID holders only
- Flexibility to work shifts
- Fibre internet connection or fixed stable ADSL line required at own cost
- UPS Solution required during load shedding

**Salary:** R250,000 - R300,000 per annum
