Job Role: Dutch Speaking Customer Service and Sales Representative
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual customer service representative to join our team and provide exceptional service to international passengers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist passengers with pre and post-flight travel-related queries in Dutch and English languages
- Work on airline reservations systems and handle voice calls in English and Dutch
- Daily interactions with international passengers with queries and compliments
- Meet specific key performance indicators and client service levels
Requirements:
- Native level fluency in Dutch language: Verbal & Written
- Located in South Africa
- Permanent residence permit/South African ID holders only
- Flexibility to work shifts
- Fibre internet connection or fixed stable ADSL line required at own cost
- UPS Solution required during load shedding
What We Offer:
- Fully paid product and systems training
- 4 weeks training (Fully Paid)
- Probation period: 4 months
