Club Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Club Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our rapidly expanding national business. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, high levels of member satisfaction, and effective team management.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the club's schedule, including opening and closing procedures, and handle bookings and coordinate events.
- Lead and manage the club's staff, including the Front of House Hosts and coaches, and create staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage for all club activities.
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all members and guests, and manage and respond to member inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage the club's budget, including expense tracking, revenue reporting, and inventory management, and oversee the pro-shop, including sales, stock levels, and product offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local marketing strategies, including social media promotions and event marketing, and develop and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, sponsors, and community groups.
- Ensure that all courts, equipment, and facilities are well-maintained and in good working order, and oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the club, including court surfaces, nets, and common areas.
- Develop and oversee coaching programs and schedules, and provide coaching sessions as needed to members.
- Experience in Sports Management, Business Management, or a related field (e.g. sports clubs, gyms, events or similar).
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams, excellent communication and customer service skills, and strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Financial acumen and experience managing budgets, and racket sports experience is a plus, especially if coaching.
- Must have your own vehicle and be available at the club on-demand / on-call.
