Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Officer to join our team at Farm Manager SA. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities:

* Capturing and processing invoices, timesheets, and diesel rebates
* Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
* Providing excellent customer service and communication skills
* Performing general administrative tasks, including printing, documenting, and maintaining a visitors book

Requirements:

* Grade 12 qualification
* At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
* Proficiency in MS Office, SAGE, and/or Psiber
* Valid driver's license
